Questions
How much does Birdeye cost?
Birdeye doesn’t publish its prices. Its pricing page asks you to request a quote. Third-party sites publish estimates, but we won’t quote them as fact; ask Birdeye for a written quote.
Will I lose my reviews if I leave Birdeye?
No. Your Google reviews live on your Google Business Profile, which belongs to your business.
Is ReviiewCo built for multi-location brands?
Each location is its own $297 subscription. For five or more locations, contact us and we’ll set it up with you. If you need enterprise listings and surveys across dozens of locations, a platform like Birdeye may fit better.
Can I start before my Birdeye contract ends?
Yes. You’d pay for both until it ends, and only one would send review requests, so customers aren’t asked twice.
