1. Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, business name, trade and anything you write in a form, booking, email, text or call.

Business account information. When you become a client: billing details (processed by our payment provider, not stored by us), your Google Business Profile connection, and the customer lists you send us so we can request reviews on your behalf.

Information collected automatically. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring pages, collected through server logs and, where used, analytics cookies.

2. How we use information

• To answer your enquiry, run your Free Visibility Audit and schedule calls.
• To provide our services, including sending review requests and follow-ups for our business clients.
• To send service, account, appointment and billing messages.
• To improve the website and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To meet legal obligations.

3. Review requests we send for our clients

When a business hires us, we contact that business’s customers on its behalf to ask for a review of work it completed, send up to two reminders, and stop once a review is left or the customer opts out. The business is responsible for having a lawful basis to give us its customers’ contact details. We do not write, buy or incentivize reviews, and we do not filter who is invited to leave one.

If you received a review request and want no further messages, reply STOP to any text or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

4. Text messages (SMS)

Program. ReviiewCo sends text messages about your enquiry, appointments, account and customer support. We send promotional texts only where you have separately agreed to receive them.

Consent. You opt in by checking the consent box on our forms or by otherwise giving us express consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or call 864-528-1909. You can also withdraw consent by any reasonable means, such as emailing support@reviiewco.com.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Mobile information is never shared for marketing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.

6. Email

We send transactional emails needed to provide our services and, occasionally, marketing emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary service emails.

7. Service providers

We share information with providers that help us run the business, only as needed to provide our services: customer relationship management and messaging (including SMS and email delivery), website hosting, scheduling, payment processing, analytics and AI tools. They may use the information only to provide services to us. Information is stored in the United States.

8. Artificial intelligence

We use AI tools to help draft messages and review replies, to sort feedback, and to answer phone calls through our AI receptionist, Hope. Calls answered by Hope may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up. We do not use automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

9. Cookies and analytics

The website uses cookies that are needed for it to work and may use analytics cookies to understand how pages are used. We do not use advertising pixels. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where the law requires it.

10. When we may disclose information

We may disclose information when the law requires it, to protect rights, property or safety, to prevent fraud, in connection with a merger or sale of the business, or with your consent. We never sell customer lists.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure. If an incident affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

12. Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and accounting obligations and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your information, and a client who cancels can ask us to return or delete its customer data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.

13. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will verify the request, respond within the time the law allows, and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we decline, you may appeal by replying to our response.

14. Children

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information and will delete it if we learn we have.

15. Links to other sites

Our site links to other services, such as Google and our booking calendar. Their privacy practices are their own.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date.
