Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using this website or our services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you sign a separate agreement or order form with us, that document controls where it conflicts with these Terms.

2. Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you act for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

3. Our services

ReviiewCo provides review generation and reputation services for businesses, including review requests and follow-ups by text and email, review monitoring, alerts and related support. We may use third-party tools and contractors to deliver them.

4. Reviews: what we will and will not do

• We ask real customers to review real work. We never write, buy or create reviews or reviewers.
• Every eligible customer gets the same invitation. You may not ask us to filter who is invited (review gating).
• You may not offer customers anything in exchange for a review where that is prohibited, including by Google’s policies.
• We do not control third-party platforms such as Google, what customers write, or search rankings.

5. Your customer data and messaging compliance

You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent to give us your customers’ contact details and for us to contact them for you. You must tell us about anyone who should not be contacted. You are responsible for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, CAN-SPAM, state messaging laws and carrier rules for messages sent on your behalf.

We honor every opt-out and may pause or refuse any campaign we believe is unlawful or puts a profile or phone number at risk.

6. Text message terms

ReviiewCo messages to you. If you opt in on our website or otherwise, we send texts about your enquiry, appointments, account and support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, or call 864-528-1909. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information.

Review request messages to your customers. Each customer receives one request and at most two reminders, only if they have not clicked. Every message identifies your business and includes opt-out instructions.

7. Third-party integrations

You authorize us to access connected accounts, such as your Google Business Profile, to provide the services. We are not responsible for outages, changes or suspensions by third parties.

8. AI and automation

Some features use AI, including our AI receptionist, Hope. AI output can be inaccurate. Review anything material before relying on it.

9. Fees and billing

The Review Management System is $297 per month, billed monthly. Your first month is charged when you sign up and the plan renews monthly until cancelled. There is no setup fee and no minimum term. Add-ons are billed as quoted when you add them. Prices exclude any applicable taxes. We may suspend services for non-payment.

10. Cancellation

Cancel any time by emailing support@reviiewco.com or calling 864-528-1909. Cancellation stops future renewals. Charges already made are not refunded, except under the guarantee below or where the law requires. You keep every review on your Google profile.

11. 14-day guarantee

If you do not see any new reviews on your Google Business Profile within the first 14 days of your Review Management System subscription, we refund your first month’s fee in full. Request it by emailing support@reviiewco.com.

12. Refunds

Except for the guarantee above or where the law requires, fees are non-refundable, including for completed work, messaging and usage charges and third-party costs.

13. Websites and call answering

The Website + No Lead Left Behind System™ and the AI Receptionist + Missed-Call-Text Back are provided by our sister company, Axiium Systems, and may be governed by separate terms that you will receive when you add them.

14. Your content

You keep ownership of the content and data you provide and grant us a non-exclusive license to use it only to provide the services. You confirm you have the right to provide it.

15. Our intellectual property

Our website, materials, systems and branding belong to us. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer them without our written permission.

16. Prohibited use

You may not use our services for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity, fake or incentivized reviews, spam, unauthorized access, or anything that could harm our systems, our phone numbers or other users.

17. No guarantee of results

Apart from the 14-day guarantee, we do not promise any number of reviews, ratings, rankings, leads or revenue.

18. Confidentiality

Each of us will protect the other’s non-public business information and use it only as needed to perform under these Terms, except where disclosure is required by law.

19. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end services for material breach, non-payment, fraud or risk to our systems or numbers. Where reasonable we will give notice and a chance to fix the problem first.

20. Disclaimer

The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

21. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the relevant services in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

22. Indemnity

You will defend and hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, your customer data, missing consents or messages sent at your direction.

23. Governing law

South Carolina law governs these Terms. Disputes will be heard in a court of competent jurisdiction in South Carolina, unless the law requires otherwise.

24. General

You agree to receive notices and invoices electronically. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any signed order form are the entire agreement.

25. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date.
