If reviews are the main reason you’re on Podium, ReviiewCo costs a published $297 a month, runs month to month and guarantees a review count. Podium doesn’t publish its prices, and its terms set a 12-month initial term that renews automatically.

It’s in your Podium agreement or billing. Podium’s terms say notice of non-renewal goes to support@podium.com at least 30 days before the term ends. Check your own agreement, since terms can differ.

Questions
Is ReviiewCo a full Podium replacement?
Only for reviews. Podium also does team texting, webchat and payments. If you use those every day, keep Podium. If reviews are why you pay for it, ReviiewCo replaces that part, done for you, month to month.
Will I lose my reviews if I leave Podium?
No. Your reviews live on your Google Business Profile, which belongs to your business. Leaving any review tool doesn’t remove them.
How much does Podium cost?
Podium doesn’t publish its prices. Its pricing page asks you to talk to its sales team. We won’t quote estimates as fact; ask Podium for a written quote.
Can I start ReviiewCo before my Podium term ends?
Yes. You’d pay for both until your term ends, and we’d make sure only one of them sends review requests, so customers aren’t asked twice.
Does ReviiewCo work with ServiceTitan?
Yes. We connect to ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro and FieldEdge, or work from a customer list, so every finished job gets a review request.
